  1. For inspection purposes – the beam is twisted – horribly twisted. So the inspection is over – get an order for a new beam and move on!

  2. okay can I ask, what they were trying to lift that bent it that bad? Well, what is wrong, quite obviously, is that the main beam appears to have been twisted. Looking at the picture. I would have to guess that this is on a Gorbel push-pull system. And the trolley and bridge probably drift a little bit. So one side was secured to a bolted down table, structure, let’s just face it they are trying to pull a mother terra. Anyways, as I said, that would be my best guess we just looking at this picture.
